25th Anniversary Fruita Fat Tire Festival BIKE DEMO/PRODUCT EXPO May 1-3, 2020
May 1-3 are the dates (Thursday, April 30 is set-up day) at our 18 Rd Trail Head location for BIKE DEMO and Downtown Fruita for PRODUCT EXPO. Limited to 60 exhibitors.
The BIKE DEMO is positioned at the 18 Rd trailhead which will give participants instant access to great trails! This will cut down on transport damage and lead to more turns of your demo fleets.
Downtown Fruita is the location for the PRODUCT EXPO (10x10, 10x20, 10x30 Pop Up Exhibitors). While the BIKE DEMO is primarily designed for demoing bikes, PRODUCT exhibitors may choose that location as well, there is an additional charge to set up in the BIKE DEMO venue.

EXHIBITOR Set Up
Thursday, 9 am – 3 pm, BIKE DEMO venue, 18 Road Trail System, venue is adjacent to trails, in the 18 Rd over flow camping area just east and down the hill from the main 18 Rd trailhead parking lot. Access instructions to follow via email.
Thursday 9am - 3 pm, PRODUCT EXPO venue, Downtown Fruita, Corner of Mulberry and Aspen Ave, adjacent to Over the Edge Fruita, Access Instructions to follow via email.

IMPORTANT MARKETING INFORMATION
Please provide us with a brief description of your business and we will place it on a linked Exhibitor list on our event web site to assist in creating more traffic for your booth space!
You may pay by CREDIT CARD via IMAthlete. Payment is due by April 15, 2020. Please note the late fees listed on registration page.
The Festival will continue to sell wristbands that will allow participants to demo bikes or products. We feel that this will give everyone more control over those whose just show up and take bikes/products out for the day without any intention of being a potential customer. So no wristband, no demo. We also offer a disclaimer that states wristband does not guarantee a demo, just that they have the opportunity. Your cooperation and support is appreciated.
Full refund if notified prior to April 1; 50% refund if we are notified April 2-14; NO refunds after April 15.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AND SHOW PROOF OF INSURANCE
These are to be submitted either by email or mail per our risk manager.
The additional insured is: Fruita Fat Tire Festival Events, Inc., 202 E. Aspen Ave, Fruita, CO 81521.
Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than April 15. We must have certificate on file to allow your set-up. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Exhibitors are allowed to sell product at the event, but must collect the appropriate sales tax, required by law, the DEMO is located outside the City limits of Fruita. THE PRODUCT EXPO is located within the Fruita city limits and will require a Fruita business license (please refer to their site at www.fruita.org to download appropriate forms). The events management will not collect and manage the sales tax for items sold at the event.
